"Rasengan!"
One of Naruto's most notable ninjutsu, the Rasengan is included made from translucent parts. The inside has been sculpted with grooves inside the rasengan to faithfully recreate the powerful whirling vortex of chakra!
"Rasenshuriken!!"
When Naruto mastered the principles of altering the wind he created an all new upgraded version of the rasengan which is also included - the rasenshuriken! Naruto can be posed holding the rasenshuriken as well as throwing it by making use of the special stand which allows it to be displayed floating high up in the air!
Small, cute versions of the hand seals!
Nothing represents the Naruto series more than the hand seals used for techniques! The hand seals have been adorably shrunk down into Nendoroid size, and the wrist parts are interchangeable which means you can make use of other hand parts to recreate the image of different hand seals!
Detailed sculptwork down to the engraving of the 'Hidden Leaf' symbol!
The trademark 'Hidden Leaf' symbol on his forehead protector is not printed, but engraved onto the design and makes use of a painting technique called inking to create a very high-quality appearance.
“You are Kurama!!
My partner from the Hidden Leaf!"
A special illustrated sheet of the tailed beast 'Kurama' is included to display Naruto talking with the powerful Nine-Tails! The illustration was specially drawn for the Nendoroid and matches the chibi appearance perfectly!
Rotating tie on the forehead protector!
One of the many highlights of adult Naruto's outfit is his head protector, and the headband part of the protector is fitted with a rotating part which allows for more dynamic scenes when posing Naruto in action poses!
There have never been very many Nendoroids from any of the top Shonen manga series in the past, let alone of a series such as Naruto that has been enjoyed by fans for such a long amount of time. Working on a figure of such a well-known series was a very rewarding experience.
We always try to make Nendoroids with a more rounded sculpt instead of angular, pointed designs in order to keep the cute Nendoroid appearance, which made Naruto's hair one of the many aspects that was quite challenging to work with. The Nendoroid is based on the Shippuden version, so another thing we focused on was bringing out the differences between the younger version of Naruto and his Shippuden version. I remember being very relieved when we finally got to the perfect orange for his outfit. The small rasengan parts have been made in a very interesting way that makes them a pleasure to look at despite the small size. I hope everyone enjoys the figure!

My name is Ranran, and I was in charge of painting Nendoroid Naruto's face plate expressions. I really feel honored to have worked on a figure from such an awe-inspiring series as Naruto! The most important thing to me as someone who paints these expressions is hearing that the fans of the series enjoy what I have created - and there is really nothing that makes me happier. Everyone's words of praise really make this job worth it and inpire me to continue to bring more and more enjoyable expressions to the figure scene! Below are some short explanations about each of Naruto's face plates!

“I'm Naruto Uzumaki! Believe it!”
All Nendoroid figures generally have what is known as the main expression - an expression that captures the character as close as possible while also being good for general use in almost any poses. It's normally the expression that is given the most thought as well as the most attention to detail. I was specially asked by the head planner of the figure to try and keep the expression from looking too young, so I went with this more composed expression that still captures the cheerful side of the more grown-up Naruto.
"Give up trying to make me give up!"
The Sage Mode expression has something like an eyeshadow effect around the corners of the eyes, which is definitely a rare thing on Nendoroid expressions. Even before we started working on the designs I was told to be careful of the overall balance of the expression due to this shadow, but in the end I think it actually fitted the Nendoroid design quite nicely in the end!
"Let's put an end to this."
Nendoroids are normally sculpted with the eyes clearly focused in a way that they will seem to be looking straight at you when you look at them, but this expression was different. I wanted to make it seem like Naruto wasn't looking directly at something but was instead focused on something much bigger... much further away.

"Chidori!!"
One of the ninjutsu techniques that Sasuke is best known for - the Chidori. The sculpt it made with a sharp-edged effect that contrasts against the smooth, round Rasengan parts included with Nendoroid Naruto.
Susano'o Effect Parts
The bone-like parts of Sasuke's Susano'o that surround and protect him are included as translucent parts. The spine part has a slight curve to it creating an authentic appearance even in Nendoroid size!
Sword of Kusanagi
The Sword of Kusanagi was one of the most characteristic features of Sasuke in the Shippuden series. The sword can be displayed both drawn and sheathed allowing for various different situations.
Hairstyle
Sasuke's hairstyle is designed in 2D, which make sculpting it into a 3D figure quite a difficult task, but it has been converted into Nendoroid size as faithfully as possible. No matter what angle you choose to look from you can easily identify Sasuke by his unique hairstyle, showing the quality design of the figure.
Susano'o
A special illustrated sheet of Sasuke's Susano'o is included which can be displayed behind him for a impactful display! The illustration was specially drawn for the Nendoroid with supervision from Studio Pierrot and matches the chibi appearance of the Nendoroid design perfectly.
Unison Sign
Sasuke was seperated from Naruto and the others for some time, but there is no better proof of his return than the Unison Sign - the two were never able to perform the sign in the series, but the Nendoroids allow you to see the unison. You can also recreate the scene where he lose his arm in the series.
Sasuke's character design posed an interesting challange as the section of his outfit around his hips caused a lot of trouble when posing him. In order to allow his legs to move around freely we had to adjust the width of the original design while still keeping it looking natural. We also made little adjustments to increase his playability, such as the ability to attach the sword on his hips for more posing oppourtunities.

My name is Ranran, and I was in charge of painting Nendoroid Naruto and Sasuke's face plate expressions. Just as with Naruto, working on figures of such a well-known series is such an honor to me. I tried to paint the more mature side of Sasuke to capture his changes into the Shipuuden series. I think I managed to preserve his tough and confident demanour with all the face plates, and I hope the fans enjoy him in their collection together with Naruto!

"I will crush Leaf Village"
Compared to most anime characters nowadays the characters in Naruto have rather simple eye designs - there isn't a huge amount of information to work with. Sasuke's normal eyes in particular are really just a solid black color.
However when it comes to a Nendoroid face plate, this simple design can actually be one of the most difficult - a solid black color on a Nendoroid would look rather dull on the Nendoroid design, but there is very little that can be done to try and prevent that. In the end I worked with an idea from the figure's planner to add a very slight gradient to the eyes - the gradient isn't in the original illustrations, but it certainly helps bring out the Nendoroid-like appearance to Sasuke's design.
"Sharingan!"
The first word that comes to almost anyone's mind when they think of Sasuke is of course 'sharingan'. The face plate has a sharp, focused look with the sharingan pattern - showing Sasuke ready to see through his opponent.
Just like Nendoroid Naruto's nine-tails expression I painted him focused on something distant rather than straight ahead. I also gave him a more furrowed brow with wrinkles forming under the eye to show his intense concentration. The gritted teeth bring the whole expression together as his most serious... as well as perhaps most desperate expression!
"Mangekyo Sharingan!"
This expression features blood running down from the eye... not something you would often see on a Nendoroid face plate! The unique design of Sasuke's Mangekyo sharingan together with the bags under his eyes showing just how far he has pushed his limits to awaken the power - I believe it captures a very important side of Sasuke for fans to enjoy in their collection.

The 'Copy Ninja' Kakashi!
Kakashi's apathetic expression looks just as uninterested as ever - even in cute Nendoroid form! The forehead protector that covers up his left eye has also been faithfully included.
Lightning Blade!!
Kakashi's only original technique named after Kakashi split a bolt of lightning with it. The lightning chakra effect is sculpted with an impressive size, and the Nendoroid also allows him to take his signature pose before using the technique.
"You remember the bell test?"
The bell from Kakashi's famous 'bell test' is included, and contains an actual bell inside that allows it to ring.
Hairstyle
Kakashi's slanted spiky hair-style has been faithfully converted into Nendoroid size with a slight slope that keeps the balance between the cute Nendoroid design and the original character design.
Forehead Protector
Two forehead protector parts are included - one that covers his left eye and one that reveals it. Both can be used on any of the three face plates allowing for all sorts of different display options!
Book Series
Three of Kakashi's favorite books from the 'Make-Out' series are included with the Nendoroid. The cover designs are perfect copies of the original designs from the series, allowing you to faithfully recreate various scenes!
The Nendoroid allows you to enjoy the laid-back version of Kakashi as well as the more serious version with his forehead protector pulled up to reveal his left eye. We spent a lot of time ensuring that all the expressions looked great both with and without the one eye covered up!
He also comes with three different books from the Make-Out Paradise series as well as a bell from the bell test that actually rings like a real bell! He comes with all sorts of details that makes him stand out perhaps even more than the previous two characters, so I hope everyone will enjoy adding the Copy Ninja to their collections!

My name is Ranran, and I was in charge of painting all of the face plate expressions on the Nendoroid Naruto series including Nendoroid Kakashi! Just as with the previous two Nendoroids, working on this series has really been a pleasure.
Kakashi's faces have a lot hidden by his mask, but the fact that he can cover up his left eye with his forehead protector made it important to balance the eyebrows for the various possible variations. The ability to cover the one eye adds a huge amount of possible variations to his expressions, and I'm sure fans will enjoy this Nendoroid in their collection!
Good Smile Company Face Plate Artist: Ranran
Standard Expression
This expression was based on the most common, standard version of Kakashi. His double eyelid and eyebrow just peek out from the forehead protector and his half-closed eye brings out his apathetic personality. His left eye is also half-closed but with his sharingan showing for a much more tense expression! There are all sorts of possibilities with just this one expression!
Smiling Expression
Even though you can't see his mouth, Kakashi's smile is so very memorable. I can't wait to display Sasuke and Naruto together with the Team 7 leader and this expression! Revealing his hidden left eye and his eyebrows also make for quite a different expression - you'll have to wait and see what that is!
Mangekyo Sharingan
His final expression captures that powerful moment in the story where Kakashi had the Mangekyo Sharingan activated in both eyes after watching Obito die in the Kaguya War. These eyes are wide-open in contrast to his normally half-closed eyes, bringing out the tension of battle. I spent a lot of time on this expression, but I think it manages to capture Kakashi's more serious side in Nendoroid size rather effectively!
